Jago is a multi-award winning producer with 25 years experience in the UK and US television industry. After stints as head of development at Tiger Aspect, Blink Films and Optomen, Jago set up Nerd in 2009 with backer Charlie Parsons (creator of Survivor), and colleague John Farrar, which became known for its innovative factual entertainment formats and hard-hitting premium documentaries. Titles included Grierson High Commended series Inside the Gangsters Code, A&E/ MTV UK’s Find My First Love and feature documentary 12 Year Old Lifer (Channel 4/ A&E). Since 2016 Jago has served as a creative lead at a number of leading UK and international studios including Blue Ant, Zinc and Sky where credits included How to Rob a Bank (Vice/ Channel 4), Orangutan Jungle School (Channel 4/ Love Nature), The Sidemen Show (YouTube Originals), and Edge of Reality (Audible). Jago set up Telltale Industries in 2021 to work in the exciting, fast-growing shared terrain between premium audio and TV.
